Jack received his B.A. from the University of Florida in 1980 and his law degree from the
George Washington University in Washington DC in 1983. He has been in private
practice since 1984. Jack has practiced in the area of consumer and small business bankruptcy and
personal injury for over 30 years. He is a long standing member of the National Association of
Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is an adjunct professor of Business Law at Tulane University
and is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Florida.
Susanne Weiner Jernigan received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her law degree
from George Washington University. She was admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C. in 1983
and in Louisiana in 1984. A veteran of the U.S. Department of Justice, she entered private practice
in 1984. She has organized, grown and developed numerous companies in Louisiana and
was the recipient of the State of Louisiana "Rising Star" Award in 2003.
Sue works with large and small companies, and individuals and non-profits, with extensive experience
in international business as well. She is an adjunct professor of Business Law at Tulane
and serves on the Boards of several non-profits, both locally and nationally.
